  • Finance - Responsible for budgets up to $75M, guiding financial strategy through major restructures and policy shifts while ensuring full organizational coverage across people, technology, and operations.
  • Digital Product Management - Led the shift from projects to products, ensuring each digital product had clear purpose and success metrics tied to business outcomes
  • Application Modernization - Modernized legacy applications to improve performance, reduce costs, and enable scalability across the enterprise.

  • Data Center Migrations -  Supported data center consolidation for a large enterprise, migrating 800+ applications from 10 to 2 data centers. Managed a data center migration including a major infrastructure technology shift to avoid significant license costs. Zero business downtime.
  • Infrastructure and Security - Developed and executed roadmaps for infrastructure, security, and compliance tools to strengthen visibility, reduce risk, and provide proactive threat detection and response. Led IT operations automation to enable AWS migration, advancing Infrastructure as Code and DevOps adoption.
  • Operations & Service Management -  Led multi-year ITSM modernization, optimizing processes across service areas to improve stability, speed, and control. I am an impactful, solutions-driven technology leader with extensive experience leading complex inter-departmental technology initiatives. While I am certainly results focused, I emphasize adaptability, empowerment, customer focus and collaboration. I’m comfortable leading change within unstructured environments and can gain trust at all levels of a multi-cultural organization. I am budget-savvy, and have managed complex budgets up to $75M. I bring a cheerful, enthusiastic, and engaged leadership style, and love to work with other committed and intelligent people.

My various roles have enabled me to gain a breadth of experience, and my hands on approach and certifications ensure I have the depth of knowledge to be effective. My work ethic was curated from a mid-western upbringing, and I’ve cultivated a growth-based mentality my entire life.
